IR-CAM 55X is a radiometric thermal imaging system which can be handheld and
has features that are praise worthy. Superb image quality, accurate temperature
measurement, digital image storage and analysis/reporting software package are
some of the main features. This device is mostly used in boiling and refracting
analysis. The placing of the controls is constructed so that they can be at your
finger tips. It has an easy to use format that can make any user feel at home
while operating the device. The controls are so well placed that your fingers
will easily be able to be placed and will not have to move from one control to

It has also got Automatic calibration using built-in temperature reference, Built-in atmospheric transmission model, Auto lens calibration, Built-in high temperature filter (button switching), 12 / 14bit image storage ensures no data loss, and is Designed and produced according to ISO 9001 standards. The joy stick of the focus and zoom, one hand operation, the built in filter, voice recording, continuous digital zoom telephoto, intelligent battery system and many automated functions are the easy to use functions which make the device so comfortable with the users. It has LCD display and flash memory care image storage with USB downloadable cables and removable flash cards. There is nothing that can escape your eyes when you use this device to see the world. The specifications of the device are that it has got a spectral range of 8-12 microns for models 570 and up (LWIR), detector range of 320 x 240 PtSi focal plane array (550 model) / 320x240 Micro Bolometer for models 570 and greater, Standard Field of View (FOV): 24° x 18°, and accuracy is +/- 2% or 2°C also aligned with multiple palletes.
