Author Terms and Agreement
Please read this if you're planning on submitting articles at this site.
Author Terms and Agreement
Submitting articles at Webraydian Publishing is subject to the following
terms, conditions and all Authors agree to the following:
- All articles submitted to Webraydian Publishing become the
property of Webraydian, the article author and Webraydian may use and/or distribute the articles
in anyway Webraydian deems appropriate, including, but not limited to,
electronic publishing, media and/or print. All intended to promote your article/s.
- Author is the copyright holder (original creator) of any content Author
submits to Webraydian Publishing. Author agrees that the article submitted to Webraydian
does not violate or infringe the rights of any third person or parties,
copyright holder, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights of a
company, institution, person or party. As of August 13, 2007 - Author's name should be the same name as in the article resource box. Failure to do this will result in your article being removed from our system.
- Author agrees to hold harmless, defend and or indemnify Webraydian Publishing
(The Site) Owner/s,
Editors, Publishers and all related personnel, including third party
suppliers, sponsors or associates from claims, losses, damages or costs,
resulting from any violations of this agreement. Author assumes all
responsibility for items provided and/or claims against said Author or Webraydian.
- Author understands that submitted articles will be made viewable to the
public (once approved) and may be freely copied by general visitors,
registered users and/or personnel of this site.
- Author also understands that all or any articles submitted to The Site
may be modified for clarity or for formatting purposes and will be subject
to approval before published.
Webraydian Publishing reserves the right to deny service, viewing privileges,
access to Webraydian and/or remove articles, content,
members, downloads, or services at anytime and for any reason.
